To be eligible for the Reward Card, you must have activated service with CLEAR via this offer and complied with the following redemption instructions. Redemption instructions: To claim the Reward Card, mail in a copy of your paid 2nd month's bill (bill can be printed from "My Account" on CLEAR.com) and an original and completed copy of this redemption form to Redemptions, 1091A 521 Corporate Center Drive, Fort Mill, SC 29707. Your redemption claim must be postmarked within 120 days of the date that you signed up for service with CLEAR. Upon validation, which is the sole discretion of CLEAR, the Reward Card will be mailed to your billing address. Please allow 8-12 weeks for delivery. CLEAR reserves the right to reject any redemption claims that are deemed fraudulent and/or not originating from CLEAR orders placed in conjunction with this promotion.
